Exam: The course investment ($1280 ) includes instruction, online and print course materials (SHRM
Learning System) but does not cover registration for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP examinations.
Cost of the exam is a separate SHRM fee. Testing is through Prometric Testing Center.

Tuition: $1280 which includes all SHRM materials/texts excluding the cost of the exam. Textbooks are distributed the first class. Textbooks are student paid (included in the tuition fee) and is non-refundable. Note for Commonwealth of Massachusetts employees: This course is eligible for tuition waivers only.
Instructor Bio: Sarah Harrington is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in HR leadership. Her expertise includes HR processes and strategies, client relations, business expansion, revenue growth, employee participation, human capital strategy, operations practices, integration strategies, strategic planning, and due diligence.Currently, Sarah works for MEMSIC, Inc, in Andover where she specializes in performance and operational alignment, change management, and organizational growth and development. In this capacity she coaches senior management on topics such as talent acquisition and management, total rewards, infrastructure, employee relations, performance, and culture.
Previously Sarah worked as Team Lead/ HR Business Partner for ADP. Her accomplishments included consulting with national clients to identify and design Human Resources strategies and performance improvements by aligning the goals of Human Resources with those of the company.
Sarah is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resources Association (GMVHRA).
Sarah earned a BS in Hospitality and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and a certificate in HR Leadership from Northeastern University.
