College For Kids
College for Kids provides children with an exciting range of unique opportunities to explore careers, gain new knowledge, develop new skills and boost their self-confidence. Middlesex College for Kids strives to employ either public school teachers or experts in the field. All program employees have experience instructing children in the content area. Programs are offered on the Bedford and Lowell campuses for children 8 – 15 years old. Please note the recommended ages of each program carefully when registering your child. The cost for each program includes materials, activities and a t-shirt. Pay close attention to the start times and end times for each program, as they vary. We do not have any before or after care.
If your child is already registered, please be sure to fill out all of the paperwork found at the link on the left hand side of this page titled Forms and Parent Information.
On the first day of camp, parents may drop off their child at the Campus Center on the Bedford campus. Click here for a campus map. Parking can be found right outside the building. Drop off begins at 8:15am on Monday mornings. Please do not bring your child directly to the classroom. For our Lowell Fashion camp, please meet at the City Building lobby beginning at 8:45am. Upon drop off, the classroom location will be given to the family for the remainder of the program session and drop off and pick up for the remainder of the week will be at that classroom.
Certain programs have field trips. Often field trip forms are mailed to the home prior to the start of the week, but occasionally we hand them out the first day. Students are not allowed to attend field trips without a signed form. Aviation camp's flight does require an additional fee.
