MCC requires all new students to take the Accuplacer College Placement Test in math, reading, and writing to ensure students register for the appropriate courses.
You may be exempt from testing if you have previously completed college-level coursework in English and in math. Also, recent high school graduates with a GPA of 2.7 or higher may be exempt from the math portion of the placement test.

Attend a required Orientation and Registration Session. These interactive orientation sessions are about 2 hours long and will provide you with all of the information and resources needed to help you navigate your first semester at Middlesex successfully.
