Office of Communications & Creative Services

The Office of Communications & Creative Services (CCS) promotes the College’s messaging and brand by telling stories, making visuals and highlighting the mission of MCC.

For all departments throughout the College, Communications & Creative Services oversees:

  • Visual and copy standards for the College
  • Original photography, video and audio
  • All-college publicity and marketing campaigns
  • Website branding and development

CCS partners with College departments and divisions on the creation, development and distribution of:  

  • Admissions and Enrollment branding and marketing
  • Event publicity and marketing 
  • Academic program and course publicity and marketing
  • ADA Accessible digital communications for internal and external distribution

The priorities that the CCS uphold are:

  • Event reports and funding updates
  • MCC’s ability to bring together people from different backgrounds

Mission

The mission of MCC’s Office of Communications & Creative Services is to protect the College’s brand, upholding the reputation of the College, and mitigating image and legal risk while clearly communicating and supporting the institution’s commitment to equity, pathways, the community, the regional workforce and local economy. 

With the development of strong marketing concepts, communications channels and superior customer service, we create results-oriented advertising, public relations and communications that are designed to meet the diverse needs of the College’s departments and divisions.

MCC’s Office of Communications & Creative Services has partnered with beaconstac to create QR codes. This allows the College to track visitors and re-use codes. Please fill out a Communications Request Form to request a QR code!
