Requests

To allow for adequate collaboration and proofing time, we ask you to please allow at least 14 days for each request.
Please note, depending on the complexity of the request, some jobs will take less time than others. Jobs that require printing and mailing may be subject to external vendor timelines.
Important information to include with your Marketing Request.
Project Summary: Please explain why you are making this request and provide as much detail and information as possible including:
- Who the audience is
- Explain the project and its intentions
- How many pieces you need (e.g. 250 brochures, 100 fliers or 7,500 postcards)
- Any special language or copy you would like used
- The name, number and email for more information that needs to be included
- A web address for more information
- How you plan on distributing the piece (handing out at an event, mailing through the post office, posting on the web, etc.)
Any other documents or materials that can assist us in completing your request can be uploaded within the request form.
Person in Charge of Approval: To minimize errors and miscommunication, we ask that there is a designated person appointed to coordinate with Marketing. Please enter the first and last name of the MCC employee who is ultimately responsible for reviewing proofs and approving the job.
Urgency
Any immediate need for release of the content should be mentioned. Especially if it
is a timely matter that coincides with an MCC event, program or significant activity/gathering.
Please note: MCC thrives off innovation and due to this, we do not like to rush projects. Our goal
is to provide high-quality results. In some cases, the full 14 day lead time will
not be enough for completion of a project. If you have a project that needs attention
in a shorter time period, please contact the Director of Marketing Communications
and Web Development during the initial request submission process.
