Welcome to the Technology Center's guide for prospective students! As a future member of the MCC community, you will have access to a number of digital services designed to enhance your academic life.


Every MCC student is provided with a free Web-based Office 365 from Microsoft email account 24-48 hours after their first registration.Your MCC student e-mail address is an official means of communication with the college. Communications from Middlesex professors and campus offices to students will be sent to your MCC e-mail address.

The Service Desk offers 24/7 support to students by phone at (978) 656-3301, by e-mail at, and on the IT Self-Service Support portal with live online chat. There is also Walk-In Service Centers available at the Lowell Campus Cowan Center Building, 4th Floor,  Room 402,  and in Bedford Academic Resources Building, Room 203 from 9 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday.
