E-MAIL

Middlesex Community College uses Microsoft's Exchange server to manage faculty and staff email. All faculty and staff receive an Exchange account upon employment. Your college email address contains your MyMCC ID. For example, if your MyMCC ID is "doej," your email address is "doej@middlesex.mass.edu. More about E-Mail...

BLACKBOARD

Blackboard is a Web-based learning management system used for assignments, grades and announcements in online classes, hybrid class, and face-to-face classes. SERVICE DESK

The Service Desk offers support to students, faculty, and staff by phone at (978) 656-3301 and by e-mail at servicedesk@middlesex.mass.edu, on-site Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am - 8:00 p.m, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm during the semester. There is also Walk-In Service Center available at the Lowell Campus Cowan Center Building, 4th Floor,  Room 402, 9 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday. 

We also offer students, faculty, and staff 24/7 phone support evenings, weekends and holidays for Blackboard Learning Management System or other technical issues at  (978)656-3301.  More about Blackboard and other technical 24/7 support...

SOFTWARE

HUP: MCC offers the Microsoft Home Use Program, or HUP, to all employees of the college. Through this offering, you may purchase and download to your home computer a copy of Microsoft® Office (PC or MAC) for $9.95. More about Microsoft HUP.

SMART ROOMS

Most classrooms at MCC include a combination of the following resources: computers (Windows and/or Mac), data projectors, sound systems, TV and DVD players, and transparency projectors. More about Smart Rooms...

COLLEGE ALERTS

In the event of inclement weather or a campus emergency, you can access campus-closing, delayed opening, and other important campus information via the college website and social media sites. These alerts are also viewable from the MCC Mobile App. You can also sign-up to have emergency text messages sent to your cell phone.  More about Emergency Notifications.
