E-MAIL

Middlesex Community College uses Microsoft's Exchange server to manage faculty and staff email. All faculty and staff receive an Exchange account upon employment. Your college email address contains your MyMCC ID. For example, if your MyMCC ID is "doej," your email address is "doej@middlesex.mass.edu. More about E-Mail...

MCC Mobile, Middlesex Community College's FREE app – for Apple & Android smartphones, iPad & Android tablets – delivers important online college news and information anytime, anywhere. BLACKBOARD

Blackboard is a Web-based learning management system used for assignments, grades and announcements in online classes, hybrid class, and face-to-face classes. MYMCC PORTAL

The MyMCC Portal is the place for accessing programs and services that you need to use every day such as e-mail, Blackboard, VDI, News, DegreeWorks, your semester schedule and for links to viewing your class list, entering grades, and viewing information about your students.

SERVICE DESK

The Service Desk offers support to students, faculty, and staff through the IT Self-Service Support Portal. At this time, on site Support is currently limited by appointment, and available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 p.m.

SOFTWARE

WDP: MCC offers the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program to all employees of the college. Through this offering, you may buy an annual subscription of Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Personal at a discount for use on personal devices. More about Microsoft WDP.

COLLEGE ALERTS

In the event of inclement weather or a campus emergency, you can access campus-closing, delayed opening, and other important campus information via the college website and social media sites. These alerts are also viewable from the MCC Mobile App. You can also sign-up to have emergency text messages sent to your cell phone.  More about Emergency Notifications.
