Enhanced Online Student Financial Services

Middlesex has partnered with Touchnet Commerce Management System to provide online account services for students, parents and other authorized users. Students will now have the convenience of self-serve access to online bill and bill payments, as well as getting refunds faster into their bank accounts!

Pay by Electronic Check (ACH)

  • Students can now pay online via Electronic Check (ACH) using a personal checking or savings account
  • Credit card payments will continue to be accepted


  • Students can enroll online to have their student refunds deposited directly into their checking or savings account

Third Party Access to Online System

  • Students can authorize a parent, spouse or significant other to view and pay bills online
  • This online access will also satisfy FERPA requirements that will allow the authorized third party user to discuss student billing issues with student accounts staff

Instructions to Access Online Student Financial Services

Instructions to Pay your Student bill by Electronic Check (ACH) or credit card

  • Select Make a ACH/Credit Card Payment(s)
  • Select Make a Payment (located at top of web page)
  • Enter term and amount that you would like to pay and select Continue
  • Select Method you would like to pay (ACH or Credit/Debit Card) and continue to follow user friendly instructions to complete payment

Instructions to Sign Up for eRefunds

  • Select eRefunds
  • Select Electronic Refunds under My Profile Setup
  • Select Set up Account
  • Provide bank account information Scroll down and then click on Continue
  • Review the Set Up Refund Account agreement. Click on “I Agree” button then select Continue
  • Click on Log Out that appears on the top right.


Instructions to Setup Authorized Users to View Account Information/Pay Bill

  • Select Setup/Edit Authorized Users
  • Select Authorized Users under My Profile Setup
  • Enter the authorized user’s email address. Allow them access to view and pay your bills and/or view your payment history by clicking on “Yes” and then selecting “Continue”
  • Read the information on the “Agreement to Add Authorized User” screen, and click “Agree” and then click “Continue.”
  • Your authorized user’s email address will serve as their log in username. It is also where they will receive messages about your bill.
  • A username and randomly assigned password will be emailed to them.
