All tuition and fee payments are made to the Student Accounts Office.

MCC Payment Plan

MCC has its own interest-free payment plan for students enrolled in credit-based courses.

Financial Aid

MCC participates in all federal and state financial aid programs available to public post-secondary institutions. Grants, scholarships, loans, and the work-study program are the primary types of financial aid available to help students manage the expense of attending college. Third Party Billing

Recipients of any scholarships, tuition waivers, and private company funding.

Documentation should be emailed, mailed or walked into the Student Accounts Office prior to the due date on your initial bill. Be sure to include the student’s account number on all related documentation. Middlesex Community College does not participate in tuition reimbursement programs where the student is reimbursed directly by their employer. Students with this type of reimbursement program must either pay their balance in full prior to the start of classes or enroll in the MCC Payment Plan.

Log onto https://www.middlesex.mass.edu/studentaccounts/online.aspx  Once at the Online Financial Services, follow the instructions for payment

Accepted payments: Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit/Debit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa)

The Student Accounts Office also collects parking fine payments and is responsible for student refunds.
