All tuition and fee payments are made to the Student Accounts Office. In Bedford, the Student Accounts Office is located in the Enrollment Center (Building 9), Room 224; in Lowell it is located in the Cowan Center (third floor), Room 317. Hours for both offices are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Student Accounts Office also collects parking fine payments and is responsible for student refunds for dropped and canceled courses. Below you will find a list of payment options available here at MCC. Make sure that your student account number is included with all payments or related documentation.
MCC participates in all federal and state financial aid programs available to public post-secondary institutions. Grants, scholarships, loans, and the work-study program are the primary types of financial aid available to help students manage the expense of attending college. MCC Payment Plan
MCC offers an in house payment plan for students enrolled in credit-based courses.
Note: There is no payment plan offered for the summer sessions.
Payment by Cash, Check/Money Order or Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa)
All forms of payments can be made at the Student Accounts Office in Bedford or Lowell.
To make credit card payments by phone students may call: the Student Accounts Office in Bedford at 781-280-3645 or in Lowell at 978-656-3291. Hours for both offices are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. students can make payments over the phone by calling 1-800-818-3434.
Check/Money Order and Credit Card payments can be mailed using the Payment Coupon from the billing statement. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Middlesex Community College and should include the student's account number. These payments should be addressed to Middlesex Community College, Student Accounts Office, 591 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
Students can also pay their bill online by logging onto MIDDLENET and following the links for on-line options.
Third Party Billing
Students who are recipients of any scholarship, tuition waiver, or private company funding should hand all documentation in to the Student Accounts Office prior to the due date on your initial bill. Please be sure to include the student account number on all related documentation. Middlesex Community College does not participate in tuition reimbursement programs where the student is reimbursed directly by their employer. Students with this type of reimbursement program must either pay their balance in full prior to the start of classes or enroll in the MCC Payment Plan.
