How Do I Complete a 2023-2024 Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note?
Entrance Counseling for Undergraduate Student:
Complete Direct Loan Entrance Counseling for Undergraduate Student at www.studentaid.gov/entrance-counseling/ for first-time MCC loan borrowers only. The same FSA ID used to sign and complete your online FAFSA is also used to complete Loan Entrance Counseling.
Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Undergraduate Student:
Complete your Electronic Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Undergraduate Student at www.studentaid.gov/mpn/ for first-time MCC loan borrowers only. The same FSA ID used to sign and complete your online FAFSA is also used to sign your MPN.
