Wellness Education and Coaching

Wellness Coaching is for students that want to talk about how to take care of themselves and find balance in their lives. Using a collaborative approach, we’ll meet to talk about strategies to feel better and help you succeed academically. Examples of things we may discuss include sleep, stress management, organization/time management, self-care, and building habits.
