Middlesex Community College is committed to the high impact practice of global learning about Asia, both in the classroom and beyond. As the first regional center in the Asian Studies Development Program (ASDP) part of the East-West Center (EWC), and as an institution that empowers learners to participate in a diverse global community, Middlesex offers professional development opportunities on Asia that intentionally transform curriculum, promote intercultural competence, and engage the college community in deeper cross-cultural understandings of our ever-changing, interconnected world.
