CAKES & CUPCAKES (AGES 10-15)
Tap into your creative side! Learn cake and cupcake decorating tips in this exciting class! Each day you will go home with new techniques and ideas for all types of special occasions or just everyday fun! Due to the nature of this program, we are not able to accommodate students with food allergies. Each family is responsible for a $35 supply fee payable directly to the instructor on August 5th (Cash or Check only).

MIXED MEDIA (AGES 10-15)
Students will work with all kinds of media. We will do collages, rocks, watercolors, acrylics, natural materials, mosaics and more. This is a fun program that will teach students to explore with all kinds of materials to create open art. It opens students up to new ways of being creative in general. Each student will complete a different project each day.

NEW LEGOMINDSTORMS ROBOTICS & BATTLEBOTS (AGES 8-12)
Students will work together using the latest LegoMindstorms EV3 system to complete challenges every day. Each day will incorporate new sensors and programming instruction until the end of the week, when students will work in teams to build, program and battle their own robots!

NEW INTRODUCTION TO VETERINARY SCIENCE (AGES 8-11)
Do you love animals and want to learn more about veterinary medicine? If yes, this course is for you. The class will expose you to various fields available in the veterinary and animal science field. We will investigate how animals benefit our society and how to care for small and large animals with hands on activities and a field trip.

NEW CREATIVE DRAWING (AGES 8-12)
Mark making will be explored in this fun and creative class. Young artists will be introduced to traditional drawing techniques of graphite, colored pencil, and charcoal to create rich one of a kind works of art. Concepts of composition, perspective, line and form will be discussed as well how to critique one’s own work in a positive manner.

NEW WONDERS OF THE WORLD (AGES 10-15)
We have taken many of the Engineering Wonders of the World from various lists to make our own wonders of the world that will captivate your child’s imagination as well as teach them about new and old engineering accomplishments, how they work, and how they were built. Accomplishments include, Pyramids of Giza, the Great Wall of China, the Panama Canal and the Roman Colosseum to name a few.

NEW FARM TO TABLE: HEALTHY EATING (AGES 10-15)
Have you always wanted to eat healthier? Do you want to learn how you can modify a classic recipe to something more “Healthy” without compromising flavor? Learn what it takes to make sure you are creating balances dishes. Recipes will range from basic ones you will be able to put your own spin on. Watch how a traditional Caprese salad can change with different spices being used, changing the cheese and adding other aromatics. You will be able to harvest food from the community garden we have on campus.
