Middlesex Mediation Program

Working in cooperation with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General

Mediation is a method of resolving disputes and conflicts in a confidential and informal setting. It is a voluntary process and works best when both parties are willing to participate, demonstrating their desire to resolve the dispute. 

Middlesex Mediation provides free mediation services to residents and businesses of the following towns and cities: *Ashby, Acton, Ayer, Bedford, Billerica, Boxborough, Dracut, Dunstable, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Groton, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Lowell, Lunenburg, Maynard, Pepperell, Shirley, Stow, Tewksbury, Townsend, Tyngsboro, Waltham, Westford, Watertown, Weston, Wilmington, and Woburn.

We also provide free mediation services to Ayer District Court, Concord District Court, Lowell District, Juvenile, and Superior Courts, and Waltham District Court.
