Victims' Rights and Information
The Victim’s Rights and Information Form has been developed to assist in complying with our notification obligations to victims
of sexual violence. It is intended that this information be provided to every alleged
victim of sexual violence, whether the alleged incident is reportable under the Clery
Act or occurred outside the scope of the Act (i.e. not on campus). This document is
here as a PDF for printing in any location or is also available at the following offices
at MCC: Wellness % Essential Needs, Public Safety, Dean of Students office, Advising,
Human Resources, Diversity & Equity Affairs and the Campus Managers on both campuses.
The Title IX at MCC page provides further information.
