MCC Community, Prospective Students, Employees and Guests,

Middlesex Community College deplores sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking wherever it might occur- whether it involves faculty, staff, students, guests, or any other member of the MCC community.  Any form of violence, intimidation, abuse or harassment based on gender or sexual preference is contrary to the ideals of MCC, may jeopardize a community member’s ability to learn, work, visit, or otherwise participate in the life of the College, and is unlawful, unacceptable, impermissible, and intolerable.

The College is committed to providing a working and learning environment that is free from all forms of abuse, harassment and coercive conduct. The information provided on this site seeks to protect the rights of all members of the College community to be treated with respect and dignity. The information is available to all MCC community members, prospective students and their families, prospective employees and the general public as part of MCC’s commitment to provide education and resources to ensure our community is knowledgeable and dedicated to an environment free from sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
