Technical Writing Certificate Program
This certificate program provides students with the skills and tools to clearly
and accurately inform users about technical information. In this 120-hour (two
semester) post graduate, non-credit certificate program, students will learn
how to conduct audience and task analysis, work with subject matter experts,
understand product documents and the product-development cycle, write clear
procedures, review and revise technical information, manage projects and
make content usable. Also covered are HTML and XML and tools for authoring
information for electronic and print distribution (Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp).
Through lecture, online learning, and projects, students will create a portfolio
featuring samples of their work. The certificate program includes 2 semesters/
courses: Writing and Managing Information and Technology and Tools for the

Upping Your Customer Service Game
This fun active filled class provides leading-edge practical and powerful tips and
tools designed to support the delivery of outstanding customer service. Based on
solid research, material will be covered in an interactive and fun format designed to
help participants learn and retain material. "Not your average" customer service
class, participants will leave the class with a heightened awareness and appreciation for their

This Grant Writing ONLINE Training Program will teach you the essentials of writing, researching,
obtaining, and maintaining grants. You'll learn how to format your proposals, how to write
effectively, and how to get funded. By completing the Grant Writing Online Training Program,
you will:
· Know how to research and find available grants
· Understand the fundamental elements of a grant proposal
· Develop the skills needed to prepare professional, competitive, compelling, and successful
grant proposals
· Become proficient in the proposal format used by the vast majority of public foundations
· Know the roles and responsibilities of a non-profit board of directors and the management

· Become knowledgeable on the fundamentals of legal writing, including analytical reasoning

Personal Trainer National Certificate
According to the latest fitness industry salary guide, Personal Trainers are
earning on average of $34 an hour. Employers like 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness
and Gold's Gyms are just a few of the thousands of club employers that seek out our
graduates each semester. Whether a career move or for your own personal knowledge,
get all the information you need to become a Certified Personal Trainer. This challenging
course is taught over an 8-week period for better retention and hands on skill competency.
The national exams are held on the 9th week. This course is formatted as a 62-hour
program and is comprised of 16 hours of lecture, 16 hours of hands on practical training
and a 30-hour internship that walks many graduates right into a job!! The course prepares

class is designed for servers at restaurants,
bars, hotels, or any establishment where alcohol
is consumed on the premises. Employees
learn strategies for serving alcohol responsibly
while providing the best possible customer
