Meet Our Staff



 

 Leslie Stafford

Leslie Stafford, Director Leslie graduated from UNH with a Bachelor's in Psychology in 1989 and an M.Ed. in Counseling in 1995 and has worked in Education and Disability fields for the past 25 years.

Leslie began working at MCC in 2012, starting in the Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE) and then soon after starting as a Disability Support Specialist and writing tutor. She joined TRiO in the Fall of 2015 as a learning specialist. She began as director in August 2016 and enjoys working with students on both campuses.  When she is not at MCC she is kept very busy by her two children and their many activities. She also enjoys reading, crossword puzzles and watercolor painting.

Leslie works from 8:30-4:30 and has hours on both the Lowell and Bedford campuses   Staffordl@middlesex.mass.edu

Faithe MacElliott

Faithe MacElliott, Learning Specialist

Faithe has been working in the TRIO Program for Student Achievement since its inception in 2002. She enjoys working with students one–on-one and seeing their level of independence grow as they progress through their coursework. Faithe earned her M.Ed concentrating in Educational Media and Technology at Boston University and her B.A. in Special Education at Providence College. When she is not teaching in TRIO, she can be found teaching in the English Learner Institute. Faithe also teaches an accelerated First Year Experience course every summer!

Judith Gordon

Judith Gordon, Professional Math Tutor

Judy is the Professional Math Tutor, for the TRiO Program for Student Achievement.  She is also a RAMP- Up math instructor. As of January 2016, she has been with the TRIO program for 7 years and with MCC for 20 years. She especially enjoys working with students one-on-one to help them conquer their math difficulties.

Judy works in the Lowell Office.
