Middlesex Community College is committed to making our digital content accessible. To accomplish this, we provide multi-tiered training modules for faculty and staff. These training modules are located in the Blackboard course shell for Professional Development. resources.
Digital Accessibility Training for Faculty and Staff
Staff are directed to steps 1 and 2 of this training module. Faculty are directed
to steps 1 - 5 (since these additional steps include content related to making online
courses accessible).
Content Creators for Website (Web Editors)
If any faculty or staff member create content for the college's website, they can
complete an additional module, Web Accessibility Training for Web Page Editors. This can be found in the same Blackboard folder for Digital Accessibility training
in the Professional Development Blackboard Course Shell.
