The Restaurant Supervisor Micro Credential is a 3 course bundle that is designed to provide students with the necessary information and skills to obtain employment in the restaurant industry. Courses are offered online or in a hybrid format.

The culinary skills micro credential is designed to provide students will the hands on experience and skills necessary to obtain employment in the restaurant industry. Students will complete 2 hands on culinary skills classes and an online food science and sanitation course. This course will also include a Serv Safe certification exam. This program is designed to be completed in 1 semester. Students are encouraged to continue to the Culinary Skills II Micro Credential, or to the Culinary Arts Certificate or AS Degree.  All courses within this credential will roll into our Culinary Certificate and Culinary AS degree program.

 
Next Steps: Continue your education! Both the Restaurant Supervisor Micro Credential and the Culinary Skills Micro Credential count towards another MCC credential and a MCC certificate or degree. Register now to complete a:
