English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
MCC's ESOL courses are designed to be offered at your company at a time convenient
to your employees. Workplace ESOL courses are targeted to your employees with varying
needs to improve their communication skills.
The courses are customized to incorporate material relating to a company’s products
and services. As a result, participants will be better able to:
- Understand job requirements
- Communicate with their supervisors
- Communicate with fellow workers
- Take advantage of company training
- Pursue further educational and training opportunities
Before beginning ESOL training, an MCC instructor will conduct an assessment. Your
employees' assessment results will determine their appropriate training level.

- Develop their reading comprehension
- Job and company specific exercises
