Day of Love, Acceptance and Belonging

Wednesday, April 17, 2024

You’re invited to MCC’s second Day of Love, Acceptance and Belonging!

On Wednesday, April 17, we will have an opportunity to reflect on the importance of love, acceptance and belonging, as well as celebrate who we are as a community at MCC.

This day serves as a reminder that you are valued and belong at MCC.

Throughout the day, we will:

  • Listen deeply
  • Share our experiences
  • Engage in meaningful conversations

Together, we can learn how we can counter hate and build a supportive community focused on acceptance and belonging.

Led by MCC employees and students, sessions will draw on lived experiences to build an environment of support to:

  • Grow, learn, work and teach
  • Advance our sense of belonging for all
  • Embrace love, acceptance, and our shared humanity
