Summer 2023 Withdrawal/Refund Policy

Students are considered enrolled in course(s) until they officially withdraw from the course(s) that they no longer attend.  To be eligible for a refund or reduction in tuition and mandatory fees, students MUST officially withdraw from their course(s). Official withdrawal must be made:

The amount of the refund is dependent on the date that all required forms are submitted. A student receiving Federal Title IV aid and who has officially withdrawn from the college may be entitled to a refund of tuition and mandatory fees in accordance with the federally mandated schedule.

Students who withdraw from all of their classes during the 100% refund period will be assessed a non-waivable $25 administrative fee.

The Schedule below determines the amount of refund:

Health 2 (RAD, SON) On or Before June 2nd June 3rd – June 7th  June 7th	May 30 – August 25 100% 50% 0%
Summer Quick Start On or Before May 30th May 31st After May 31st	May 30 – June 16 100% 50% 0%

Notifying the instructor or ceasing to attend class does not constitute official withdrawal.
