 This program is great for the dancer wanting to explore a variety of styles of dance while learning how to use their own creative voice.  Daily, we will focus on building and strengthening techniques as well as student choreography.  Techniques learned will be Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz, Hip Hop and a few others.  If you love all styles of dance this program is for you!  All dance levels welcome!

 Through a blend of fun activities and new scientific research, youth will learn how their brain impacts their behavior. Topics will include sensation and perception, with an emphasis on vision, color, light and optical illusions. Youth will also make connections to their own learning styles through understanding memory mechanics in the brain, as well stress-coping mechanisms.

 LEGO City Planning (Ages 10-15)

 Do you want to know what it takes to build a city with essential infrastructure?  This program will teach what is required to run a town or city, what services the city provides, and how certain services are strategically placed within the city through zoning.  We will discuss Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Governmental zones.  We will also discuss the differences between planned and unplanned cities.  Some essential services include, city/town hall, police, fire, public works, schools, parks, and homes, commercial and industrial businesses.

 Case Studies in Veterinary Medicine (Ages 12-16)

 If you have taken Introduction to Veterinary Science or have volunteered in local animal clinics or facilities, this class is for you. This advanced program is designed to immerse the animal enthusiast with a serious interest in veterinary science to the world of veterinary medicine through the utilization of case studies.  You will build your knowledge through interactions with local professionals, laboratory experiments, field trips and more.

 An introduction to electronics designed to provide an understanding of the basic theory and practices of low voltage electronics. The course will be taught with a fun hands-on approach, utilizing parts and components. Participants will benefit from this course by gaining a better understanding of the basic terminology and principles of electronics used day to day.

Students will learn what it takes to create a picture book.  From working with an Author to creating images from a story line.  Words and feelings will be provided to get the imagination flowing.  Students will then write a simple story and illustrate it, creating their own hand made book.

This program introduces participants into a new process for self reflection.  It will allow students to be creative with their mind, body and voice while making connections along the way.  This program will teach students to walk and speak with intention and purpose based on prompts shared in classroom.
