How to Post a Job

To post a job in Optimal Resume, please follow the instructions below.


  1. Click on “EMPLOYERS CLICK HERE” found in the upper right-hand corner of the Optimal Resume website. This will take you to the Employer website. . Please bookmark this website for future use.
  2. Once in the employer website, click on “GETTING STARTED” found under the word “INSIDE” towards the bottom of the webpage. From there you will fill out the necessary information to create a profile.
  3. Once your account has been approved by Optimal Resume, you will return to the employer webpage and click on “LOGIN” to enter the site to post jobs and review resumes and cover letters.
