Management and Supervisory Training



This course teaches the elements of effective management and addresses supervisory issues necessary for managers. We will focus on the strategies you need for handling job responsibilities.  Highlights include:  establishing priorities, building trust, motivating employees, delegation, evaluating performance, communicating with employees, handling conflict, and managing time. Case studies and examples are utilized.
