Welcome to Middlesex Community College
Student Employment!
All currently enrolled Middlesex Community College students are eligible to apply for on-campus employment. We believe that student employment is a great way to develop essential skills to succeed in future career goals along side learning in the classroom.
HOW TO FIND A JOB ON-CAMPUS?
There are many opportunities for students to work on-campus at MCC!
STEP 1: Review the College's Employment Opportunities webpage for open positions. Student positions will be listed under the "Student Jobs" heading. Students interested in student employment positions must apply through Interview Exchange.
STEP 2: All students applying for on-campus jobs at MCC are required to submit a professional resume and cover letter. If you need assistance with creating or reviewing your resume and cover letter prior to applying please make an appointment with the Office of Career Integrated Learning.

It is never too early to start preparing for your career! Make an appointment with a career advisor through Navigate and work on the following topics:
- Create or Revise your resume or cover letter
- Create professional LinkedIn and Handshake profiles
- Practice a mock interview with a career advisor
- Learn tips and tricks for job searches
STEP 3: After you submit your application the hiring supervisor will contact you for an interview and next steps.
