Recruitment Process



Eligible candidates are interviewed during the summer and selected by a committee and final approval of the Middlesex Community College President and Advisory Board.

Applicants must have completed at least one year at MCC and must be willing to commit to approximately four hours per month for the period of one academic year. Formal class sessions occur every other week and additional time is spent attending community and College events, off-site summits, and other activities deemed appropriate.

Students must be in good academic standing (minimum 2.0 GPA). Completion of IDS 103 or equivalent leadership experience preferred. Applicants should demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and genuine interest in the opportunity.
