Learning Outcomes

As a result of engagement with Wellness programming and services, students will be able to:

  • articulate ways to maintain and improve their health
  • identify on and off campus wellness resources and how to access them
  • apply knowledge about various concepts to making healthy life choices (e.g. alcohol, drugs, sexual health, mental health, etc.)
