Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)



Phi Theta Kappa is the International Honor Society of Two Year Colleges. The Middlesex Chapter, Alpha delta Omicron inducts members every semester who have completed 24 credits at MCC and have a GPA of 3.7 or higher.

The hallmarks of PTK are Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship and Service. Chapter members work on the Honors in Action Topic and the Five Star Development Plan.

Benefits of PTK:

PTK members will receive a notation on the MCC transcript indicating PTK status.

PTK graduates will receive a stole at Honors Night recognizing academic achievement. The stole will be worn at commencement.

PTK members receive a login to access Collegefish, a scholarship database for PTK members only.

Following the induction ceremony, members will receive a pin & certificate.

Active members receive additional benefits such as attending regional & national conferences, being nominating for scholarships and awards, and more.
