Bedford Fitness Center

The Bedford Fitness Center is a free facility, open to all MCC students, faculty and staff, throughout the year (summer season included). Located in the Campus Center, the Fitness Center is equipped with weight training machines, various cardiovascular equipment and free weights, locker rooms and showers. The Fitness Center staff will assist in planning well-balanced individualized fitness programs and provide specific guidance on proper use of the fitness equipment. To Join the Fitness Center

First-time users of the Fitness Center are required to complete the 1-page Liability Waiver above (also available at the Fitness Center) prior to use. Guests/members are also required to show a photo ID each time they enter the Fitness Center.

The Fitness Center Hours of Operation are as follows:

Fall and Spring Semester

Mon-Thurs (8-6)
Friday (8-4)
Sat/Sun (closed)

Summer Semester

Mon-Thurs (10-4)
Fri-Sun (closed)
Sat/Sun (closed)
