How to Join PTK

To be eligible for membership in our local chapter, Alpha Delta Omicron, students must have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average after earning at least 12 credits at Middlesex.

Eligible members will receive an invitation through post or Middlesex email inviting them to join Phi Theta Kappa.

Those who wish to pursue this prestigious honor should attend the PTK induction events and complete the form and provide the Phi Theta Kappa membership fee of $65.00.  This one-time fee covers the cost of national and regional membership dues.

If you would like to join the honor society, but are unable to pay the membership fee, a fee waiver is provided with the membership application. A limited amount of waivers are available for students each year.
