Multicultural Achievement Peer Program (MAPP)
The Multicultural Achievement Peer Program (MAPP) is a peer mentor program that assists multicultural and international students transition to college to maximize student success. MAPP mentors are successful students at MCC and are trained to provide assistance and support to their mentees. Mentors are a great resource for mentees and provide a student’s perspective of student life at MCC.
MAPP meets weekly and hosts activities, workshops, and a number of field trips to provide opportunities that build relationships among students. Academic support is offered through study skills and career building workshops as well as team building activities.
MAPP meets every Monday at 1:30pm in the Multicultural Center, Lowell Campus.
