LifeWorks is a valuable resource to develop strategies when leading change efforts and managing employee problems. There are written materials but also a special telephone number for reaching one of the Lifeworks employment specialists. As with all of Lifeworks, these telephone calls are confidential. An employment specialist will be to able to speak with you about such topics as how to inspire your employees to work more effectively, foster teamwork, or improve morale. You can also obtain advice about how to deal with an employee whose absenteeism is too high or how to deal with an employee whose behavior is inappropriate.
