The Middlesex Meetinghouse
294 Concord Road
The Middlesex Meetinghouse is a beautifully renovated historic venue used for college, corporate, social and community gatherings. Its white clapboard exterior has been preserved, while the interior was totally remodeled and updated. Its elegant furnishings are a mix of traditional and antique pieces. The house features a professional kitchen, meeting-rooms, two bedrooms, two parlors and a dining room, as well as spacious porches.
Situated on land once owned by several generations of Billerica's Hill family, the 1850s farmhouse was originally built in the Greek Revival style. When Billerica residents and town officials asked Middlesex Community College to help save the historic farmhouse from demolition, the MCC Foundation agreed to purchase the property and restore it for college use. It is easily accessible from Routes 3 and 95.
