He's a pillar in a newly launched Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) program, Changing the Face of Tech (CFT). They're are responsible for developing the talent attraction strategy for community college students. Their scope includes mentorships, internships, and full-time opportunities as part of the 2030 Progress Made Real: Cultivating Inclusion goal.

Rachael Trotta: Human Resources Generalist for Sheaumann Laser
Rachael is the Human Resources Generalist at Sheaumann Laser. Sheaumann Laser specializes
in the design and manufacture of semiconductor laser diodes and modules for sensing,
imaging, telecom, navigation, and illumination applications for the industrial, defense,
and medical industries. Sheaumann also produces space-qualified lasers for data transmission
from satellites. All of R&D and production activities are efficiently housed in one
centralized facility near Boston, giving Sheaumann complete control over all processes
and the flexibility to create custom solutions for OEMs with unique requirements.
Sheaumann’s team of over 30 engineering, manufacturing, sales, and administrative
personnel operates out of an 18,000 square foot (750 m2) facility. Sheaumann’s class
1000 and 10,000 cleanrooms provide an optimal environment for complex semiconductor
laser manufacturing processes, including: MOCVD epitaxial growth, MBE facet passivation
and coating, bar dicing and testing, chip mounting and wire bonding, free-space and
fiber-coupled packaging, burn-in and lifetesting, SEM diagnostic imaging, failure
mode analysis.

Amanda Christians is a Lead Campus Recruiter for Fresenius Kidney Care, the largest
renal provider in North America with over 64,000 employees and providing over 26 million
hemodialysis treatments to patients annually. Her background at Fresenius is recruiting
for clinical roles such as nurses. She leads a team of campus recruiter’s for the
