Major Program of Study:
Liberal Arts & Sciences – Life Science Concentration

Why Middlesex?
Although I was accepted to many four-year colleges, I decided that I could get the equivalent of a $30,000 education at Middlesex for a fraction of the cost.

Why life science?
I have always loved the sciences. With this concentration, I get to focus on classes that will help me earn a bachelor’s degree and take fun, educational electives outside my future biology major.

Favorite MCC class:
Biology and Anatomy & Physiology – because of the other science students I meet and fun labs we get to do once a week. My professors are also great – they’re very communicative and helpful.

Favorite MCC moment:
I highly enjoy being part of  student government.  I get to network with other students I may not meet in class, as well as represent Middlesex at national conferences.

Future plans?
I plan on transferring to a four-year college to earn a bachelor’s degree in biology, with certification in secondary education. I want to go back to high school and teach the subject I love.
