Please do not contact the Café Manager; he/she will refer you to Maureen Spinney.

All catering requests must be submitted two days prior to the event and have a purchase requisition or purchase order number to expedite the payment process.

Please read the brochure for any service and/or waitstaff charges that may apply to your function. All prices quoted in the menus are for minimum of 10 persons. Waitstaff is required for events at The Nesmith House and The Middlesex Meeting House

All cost centers utilizing the catering services on a regular schedule should generate a blanket purchase order for catering.

Original invoices are sent to Maureen Spinney who in turn will forward invoice to Accounts Payable for payment against PO # that was supplied on the function request form. Maureen will send a copy of each invoice to the cost center manager for their records.

Outside clients requesting catering services must pay prior to or on the day of their event. All functions are subject to a 6.25% MA State Meal Tax unless a tax exempt number is noted on the Catering Request Form when submitted.
