Adjunct Offices

We know that you sometimes need a computer, printer and workspace outside of the classroom for preparation, planning and grading.  Below is a list of the spaces where adjuncts can work on each campus.  We will be looking to expand the list and provide more space in the coming semesters.  These spaces are devoted solely to faculty, but you are also welcome to use the library and computer labs as well.

Bedford Campus

Henderson Hall 213: There are computers, a printer, and four desks available here.  Most instructors ask that you do not hold student conferences here.  If you need a space to meet with students, HH308 can be used if empty or any of the classrooms in the hallway.

Innovation Room in the Bedford Library: The Innovation Room (formerly the TLRC) is in room 5 of the Bedford Library.  It contains four computers, a printer, tables and chairs, a copier as well as a Keurig machine and water.  This room is open to faculty whenever it isn’t booked for a meeting.  To book the TLRC for a meeting, please contact Wendy Khadjikian X3661.

North Academic 115: Part-time faculty are welcome to use NA as a workspace. There are  computers and desks for part-time faculty use.

South Academic Room 103:  Part-time faculty are welcome to use SA 103 as a workspace. There are two new computers and desks for part-time faculty use.

Lowell Campus

Cowan Center 5th Floor Adjunct Hubs: Each academic division has its own divisional hub for adjuncts to use which include computers and tables.  In addition, there are lunch tables and refrigerators that adjuncts are welcome to use. Private meeting spaces for meeting with students and placing phone calls are in the process of being built.  Faculty mailboxes are located at the front of the space near Carmen Pagan, the administrative assistant who can be reached at paganc@middlesex.mass.edu or 978-656-3156.  The computers print to shared printers.

TLRC in the Lowell Library: The TLRC is located in the basement of the Lowell Library, in the Federal Building.  It contains four computers, a printer, chairs and a conference table, as well as a Keurig machine and water.  The TLRC is open to faculty whenever it isn’t booked for a meeting.  To book the TLRC for a meeting, please contact Wendy Khadjikian X3661.
