Instant Messaging Reference Assistance

The Middlesex Community College libraries (Bedford and Lowell) provide reference assistance using instant messaging from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. during the 2007-2008 academic year. You can ask the librarian questions about our databases, quick facts, library resources, policies or services. Contact us through the widget box from the library home page. You do not need a specific account but can add our AOL screename imMCCLibrarian if you have an AOL or AIM account. Technical assistance is available through a widget on the search guides and tech tips page.

If you are unable to reach a librarian during the hours of service, or if you need assistance at another time please stop by, email or call us. We are located in Building 1 of the Academic Resources Building in Bedford and on the first floor of the Federal Building across the street from City Campus in Lowell.
