The Middlesex Community College libraries (Bedford and Lowell) provide reference assistance using instant messaging from 8:00 A.M. to 9 P.M. (M-Th) Fri. 8:00 A.M.-4:30 and Sat 12:00 P.M.-5 P.M. You can ask the librarian questions about our databases, quick facts, library resources, policies or services. Contact us through the widget box from the library home page. You do not need a specific account but can add our AOL screename imMCCLibrarian if you have an AOL or AIM account. Technical assistance is available through a widget on the search guides and tech tips page.
