Keynote Speaker:

One of the highlights of the Institute was the keynote address by William M. Snyder, an international expert on organizational change and communities of practice.  He is a co-author with Etienne Wenger of several publications, including Cultivating Communities of Practice: A Guide to Managing Knowledge (2002).
