Explorations from a Community of Practice: The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

        at Middlesex Community College (Fall 2006)

Publication of a third collection of papers that presents works of scholarship by five members of MCC's Carnegie Group.  This represents our ongoing process to develop a more systematic analysis of our teaching, in order to foster a deeper understanding of student learning.  

 

Faculty Reflections:

The interdisciplinary nature of Middlesex's CASTL group has raised our consciousness about how disciplines approach ideas differently, and over time the awareness has increased our respect for these diverse ways of approaching, knowing, and seeing the learning process.
