MCC's Human Resource certification prep course is designed for individuals seeking
a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR) certification. This intensive SHRM Learning Systems exam prep course is designed
to provide you with training in the six key areas of human resource management: Business
Management and Strategy, Workforce Planning and Employment, HR Development, Compensation
and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Risk Management. Courses are not eligible
for tuition waivers.

International where she is the strategic leader responsible for the identification,
development and implementation of global human resource strategies. Prior to joining
PAREXEL, she held the position of Global HR Director at NetGenesis, Axis Communications
and Applied Science and Technology. She has taught PHR/SPHR exam prep courses since
1999. Lorrie holds a B.S. in International Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
