Science Department

The Science Department provides scientific experiences for students who are fulfilling science requirements for an associate degree or transfer credit. The Science Department also provides introductory and some advanced courses for students who are pursuing careers in science or health.

The curriculum is a broad range of challenging courses that:
     > Equip students with the tools to explore and to learn about science;
     > Develop investigative skills that underlie the scientific method; and
     > Develop skills in problem solving, communications, and teamwork.
