community needs. They focus on critical, reflective thinking and civic responsibility and are unique collaborations between faculty, staff, students, and our community partners. Middlesex was selected by Campus Compact as one of only 13 colleges to be studied as a model of exemplary practices of civic engagement.

MCC Foundation

The MCC Foundation (MCCF) was created in 1988 to enlist private sector support to further the educational and charitable purposes of the college. It is the vehicle for fundraising from individuals, alumni, corporations, small businesses and private foundations. The MCC Foundation has generated income through revenue from investments managed by the MCC Foundation Board of Directors and from the proceeds of the college’s annual Celebrity Forum fundraiser. Proceeds from the MCC Annual Fund Campaign provide an additional source of income.
