Lib Qual Survey

The Libqual survey is intended to provide a measure
of the value of library service quality. Libqual
measures users' perceptions of their libraries'
service quality and identifies gaps between minimal,
desired and perceived levels of service.
The survey ended on Nov 30 and we had
a tremendous response, 866 total surveys!
Prizes will be announced before the end
of the semester.
Survey results will be available during
the Spring 2008 semester
Prizes include an IPOD and a free MCC course.
