My duties are:

I am responsible for the overall management and administration of all support services and accommodations to approximately 400 students with disabilities (Learning, Psychiatric and Physical), as well as all aspects of administering the Transition Program. I oversee the development and implementation of all policies, procedures and services to provide support and accommodations to students with disabilities on the Bedford and Lowell campuses. I directly supervise and oversee 14 full and part-time staff. I represent the college with the community, and serve as liaison to faculty and staff on issues related to services to students with disabilities. I serve as ADA/504 Coordinator for the College. I provide support to staff and students as designee of Dean of Students when needed.

My hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00

My duties are:

I greet and create a welcoming environment for students, staff and faculty. I maintain the Disability files, proctor exams, coordinate and organize the day to day office activities, and provide administrative support for Disability department.

My duties are:

I receive students and schedule appointments for Student Support Services Staff. I schedule and monitor extended time and distraction free testing for students,administer CPT test, serve as contact with faculty in accepting and delivering exams, and serve as contact for students in making Personal Counseling Appointments.

My hours are Monday - Friday 8:00- 4:00

My duties are:

I specialize in strategies for textbook reading, test-taking, studying, time management, and organization. In addition to the above, I offer tutoring in math (Fundamentals, Algebra I & II, Intermediate Algebra, Math Connections, and Math Modeling) and in many of the English, humanities and social science courses.

My hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00

My duties are:

I work as a disability support specialist on the Bedford campus and also teach as an adjunct performing arts faculty member. As a trained speech-language pathologist, my specialty is language arts. I primarily tutor reading and writing as well as organization and study skills. In addition to traditional academics, I am happy to work with students on improving the effectiveness of their communication with faculty and staff by exploring the best use of office hour meetings and email correspondence.

My duties are:

I specialize in showing students how to use different types of equipment and software to help them with their college work. I tutor in Assistive Technology programs like Kurzweil and Read and Write Gold. These software programs help students who may have reading disabilities to decode words while simultaneously increasing the users comprehension level. I enjoy showing new and old students this software because I myself used these products in college, and they were key to my success.

My hours in Lowell are Monday: 10 - 2; Tuesday: 8 - 11; Wednesday: 10 - 2; Thursday: 8 - 11

My hours in Bedford are Friday: 8 - 2

My duties are:

I am the Disability Support Coordinator on the Disability Support Services Team. I work directly with students who have medical and physical challenges that impact their attendance at the college. I also work with students who have symptoms of emotional and psychiatric symptoms including severe anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Often I get to know students well before they come to Middlesex so that arrangements can be made to enable them to access campus facilities. For example, a student who is deaf may require an American Sign Language Interpreter in order to understand all that is said in their English or Psychology class. If you think you may need some assistance and you are planning to come to Middlesex, please feel free to get in touch with me.

I am available on the Lowell Campus:

My duties are:

I am on the Lowell Campus. I enjoy working with students who are new to our campus. My specialty involves motivating students to overcome obstacles and become independent learners. I tutor students in the areas of basic math, reading and writing. Helping students become more organized and better able to advocate for themselves are important parts of my job.

My duties are:

I am a Disability Support Specialist in Lowell. I enjoy working one-on-one with students to help them achieve their college goals. I specialize in teaching college orientation and self-advocacy skills. I mainly tutor math from Fundamentals of Math through Intermediate Algebra. In addition, I help students navigate on-line classes and learn basic computer applications. I also teach students how to brainstorm ideas, search the internet, organize material, and create a final draft for their written assignments.

My hours are Thursdays 2:30 - 5:30
