Important Message

Disability Support services helps to provide access to students who; have difficulty sitting at a traditional classroom desk and chair, have complicated health issues or are wheel chair users. Please, do not remove handicapped tables and chairs from the location where they have been placed. The handicapped tables are not for use for overhead projectors, TV’s, VCR’s or any other piece of equipment. If the table and chair are moved due to individual classroom organization, please return the table and chair to the original location. This will help to ensure equal access to all students.


Please do not provide disability related accommodations to a student who does not provide you with an Accommodation Form. If a student provides you with disability related documentation other than the Accommodation Form and is requesting accommodations, please refer him/her to Disability Support Services.


Please do not accept behavior that is disruptive to the learning environment, from any student, including students with disabilities. If you have a student with a disability with behavioral problems, please contact Disability Support Services, we can work with you to address the situation.
