A+ Essentials (35 hours)
Prepare students for the Comp TIA A+ Essentials certification exam  2006 objectives. Students will obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to install, build, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on personal computer hardware and operating systems.

A+ Technician Certification (35 hours)
Students will learn how to support PC hardware in a business setting, including installation, troubleshooting, and component replacement for maintaining workplace PC’s.

Network + Certification (35 hours)
In this course students learn skills that help prepare for the CompTIA Network+ certification, 2005 objectives (exam N10-003). The course describes the major networking technologies, systems, skills, and tools used in modern PC-based computer networks.

Security + Certification (35 hours)
In this course, students will build on their knowledge and professional experience with computer hardware, operating systems, and networks as they acquire the specific skills required to implement basic security services on any type of computer network.

Server + Certification (35 hours)
In this course, students install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, and learn information and skills that will be helpful on the job, and prepare for the CompTIA Server+ certification examination, 2005 objectives.

Supporting Users Running MS Windows XP Operating Systems (21 hours)
Students will gain knowledge and skills needed to troubleshoot basic MS Windows XP problems faced while running MS XP Professional in an Active Directory Network or XP Home Edition in a workgroup environment.

Supporting Users Running Applications on a MS XP Operating System (14 hours)
This is an introductory course designed to provide information on how to troubleshoot applications running on MS Windows XP.

Implementing and Supporting MS Windows XP Professional (35 hours)
This course addresses the implementation and desktop support needs of customers that are planning to deploy and support MS Window XP Professional in a variety of stand-alone and network operating system environments.

Managing and Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Environment (35 hours)
This training to provide the knowledge and skills required to manage accounts and resources, maintain server resources, and safeguard data in a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environment.

Managing a MS Windows Server Environment (35 hours)
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to manage accounts and resources in a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 environment and is intended for systems administrator and systems engineer responsible for managing accounts and resources.

Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Environment (21 hours)
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively maintain server resources, monitor server performance, and safeguard data on a computer running one of the operating systems in the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 family.

Implementing a MS Server 2003 Network Infrastructure Network Hosts (14 hours)
The course provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to configure a Windows-based computer to operate in a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 networking infrastructure.

Implementing, Managing and Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure/Network Services (35 hours)
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to implement and manage a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 network infrastructure.

Planning and Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure (35 hours)
This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and maintain a Windows Server 2003 network infrastructure. (35 hours)

Planning, Implementing and Maintaining a MS Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure (35 hours)
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to successfully plan, implement, and troubleshoot a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 Active Directory® service infrastructure.

Designing a MS Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Network Infrastructure (35 hours)
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to design a Microsoft Active Directory service and network infrastructure for a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 environment.

Implementing and Administering Security in a MS Windows Server 2003 Network (35 hours)
The focus of this course is MS Windows Server 2003 based infrastructure solutions and includes some client focused content. This learning product is to provide functional skills in planning and implementing infrastructure security.
