2 years + of exempt-level, professional HR experience for either the PHR® or SPHR® exam.
It is recommended that students have 2-4 years exempt-level experience for the PHR® and 6-8 years for the SPHR®.

Instructor: Lorrie M. Ferraro, PHR, CCP. Lorrie is Vice-President of Human Resources at PAREXEL International where she is the strategic leader responsible for the identification, development and implementation of global human resource strategies. Prior to joining PAREXEL she held the position of Global HR Director at NetGenesis, Axis Communications and Applied Science and Technology. She has taught PHR/SPHR Prep courses since 1999. Lorrie hold a B.S. in International Business, graduating Magna Cum laude.
